Xbox 360 vs. PS3

It was brought to my attention this morning that I have not discussed the great debate whether the Xbox 360 or PS3 is superior
Here's my list of Pros

Xbox 360

1.  Halo (End of story)
2. (In my opinion) A comfortably held controller
3. Original motion sensory design
4. Halo (Checkmate)
5. Cheaper price for an Xbox

Cons of 360

1. Red Ring of Death (Which can actually be fixed easily, Microsoft just won't do it because they know that the majority of people will buy a new one. Which, from a business stand point is a smart move, it is all about profit. And they won't build Xbox's to last because, once again, profit.)
2. If you move an Xbox too much while a game is in it, it can destroy the disc. (so just don't do it morons!)
3. Internet access cost money.
4. Kinect wiggs out more than other motion systems.
5. Kinect has a less expansive game selection (But it's relatively new so give it a break)

Pros of PS3

1. Controllers for motion sensory (but they pretty much copied off of Wii so...)
2. 3D games (Whoopty-f**kin-doo)[Matter of taste in gaming]
3. Built to last systems (But once again, 1 PS3 to 1 person vs. multiple Xbox's to 1 person)
4. Free internet access
5. Blu Ray player (WWWWWAAAAAAAYYYYY overrated btw! I've compared regular cheaper DVD players to the "superior" more expensive Blu Ray player. You know what I saw? Absolutely NO DIFFERENCE!
6. No disc destruction from bumping it. (But once again, raise your hand if you man-handle your console while your playing your game. Oh! About less than 1 in 10? I thought so.)
7. Expansive Motion Games Selection

Cons of PS3

1. The PS3 has it's own version of the Red Ring of Death (suck it noobs) it just takes longer to show up.
2. NO HALO (Checkmate)
3. If you convert the prices of DLC from Xbox and PS3 currency to USD, you would see that you're paying more money for that DLC on the PS3 than you are on the Xbox. (Why you ask? Because you're getting your internet for free. Nothing is for free noobs.)
4. Less comfortable controller
5. NO HALO!!!!

Now I don't have a PS3 so this is biased. But the statements for the PS3 I have heard from PS3 owners. The most I hear is that there is no Halo. The reason why I have an Xbox, other than all my friends have one, is because of that glorious game series, except for Reach I mean really Bungie? Sure let's make Halo like CoD and take away everything that makes it Halo. Brilliant. Oh wait.
Now as a matter of which company is better, I'd say Sony.
Oh but there was that time when there was no internet access for a while because of Hackers Anonymous. Yeah, I went there.

GenCon was cool but I don't know if I liked the tea. As in it is my cup of tea but it was like herbal tea to me, as in I can't have for 4 days in a row. It's either my introverted-ness that turned me off to it, or that I like electronic gaming a lot more than classical gaming.
I don't know but I do know I'm craving to play D'n'D but none of friends are D'n'D dorks. Why am I so cool!!!! Just kiddin' except for the part that no one I know plays it.
Oh what bitter irony.

And so it has come. My first convention of gaming and geekdom. I'm quite excited. But I'm still not sure what all I'm supposed to do there. Well I'm just gonna go with the flow and see what's just around the river bend. But it better not be Pocahantus cuz she's just to mainstream! WAKA WAKA!!!!!!
Well maybe I'll finally get ome D'n'D stuff cuz I haven't gone down that road yet. And I'm not sure why because my favorite movie is about people playing D'n'D. That movie is The Gamers: Dorkness Rising.

This Just In

Borderlands 2

The announcement of the new endgame boss has been made on eurogamer.net.

I'm not going to say anything because apparently some people get really whiney over "spoilers". And by "spoilers" I mean the bosses name and some connected information about the characters final level game changers, as Gearbox puts it. Which are not really spoilers. A spoiler is something like the location of the boss, which is not that bad because it's location is named after it.

But the big bad "spoilers" are apparently bad enough to make pigout666 all butt-hurt about it and mute me.

My question is this: why couldn't you just mute me while I read the article to others in the party? But NNNNNOOOOOOOOO. He mutes me after I finished and he yelled at me.

In that scenario the mute button takes on a different role: so you can talk smack about someone behind their back because you don't have the balls to say it to them.

I have a policy about that: If you can't say it to their face, don't say it at all

If you have an Xbox 360, I think you should get on and send a message to pigout666 about how he's a bit of a baby. And don't worry I've already done it myself, I'm no hypocrite.
